		<description>Thought Kofman&#039;s talk was an excellent and weird mix of travelogue, personal reflection and analysis. 

I still am plagued by nagging questions about what the future holds for these countries. Topple a shah and wind up with an ayatollah? 

I also don&#039;t understand why they&#039;d struggle so hard for freedom only to risk installing dictatorial theocracy. I don&#039;t get it.</description>

If I may deviate off subject and emphasize that despite having to pay taxation to the government and sending our citizens to fight and die in every war, Washingtonians have had no voting representation in Congress and have had to seek endorsement from people they didn&#039;t elect on all legislative along with financial matters.  That my friends is criminal offense against society, and America.  Let&#039;s hope it will change soon. Cheers.</description>
